Al Hamra Residence - Ras al-Khaimah

The dining experience was a total letdown. The food was bland and felt leftover, with dirty dishing areas and unclean tables. It was frustrating to spend so much on all-inclusive only to be served such poor meals day after day.

Not very good breakfast.

Fantastic value for money, this place is well-maintained. We stay in deluxe king room quite often, it is beautifully maintained and new-fashioned. Overall a REALLY GOOD experience, recommend this hotel to friends.

Enjoy the superb cleanliness of the beach and pool, perfect for relaxation. Don't forget to explore the hotel's lush gardens. They're a hidden gem!

choice and content of the buffets (salad buffet especially good, much too little fruit at the dessert buffet)) was very good, personnel was extremely friendly and endeavoured. location is perfect with a beautiful beach by the sea and a magnificent golf course. we come here because of the golf and after the golf game we enjoy the peace and quiet at the pool and sea. exterior of the hotel resembles a fairy tale castle and is fantastically beautiful, especially when the evening lights are switched on. i feel absolutely safe here in this area. for our needs a great hotel with small flaws.

it was the third time we stayed in this hotel and first time we had all inclusive - was a good decision, as alcoholic drinks and also the food outside are very expensive. food has improved a lot, change to ai has not yet been completed - for example, there are too few dishes and cutlery at the buffet. we had booked a suite for 4 persons, was very big, bathrooms were very small and already lived in. male foreign cleaning staff cleans only superficially, so that under the bed and in the corners the dust took the upper hand. i already complained about this in the previous year. anyhow, i will repeatedely choose this hotel, as the surroundings simply fit for me and i feel very comfortable here.

good breakfast, great drinks deals!

Lot of construction work around the hotel and there was a lot of drilling / hammering noise near my room during the day.

The spacious room was a delight, and the friendly staff were great too make us feel welcome.

The breakfast offerings could use a bit more variety.

Breakfast is varied, I liked it... coffee is very clear, it would be better a little stronger or that there is variety.

The very slow and very old elevator, always congested. The drinks including juices, very bad quality in the pool.

Altogether it was value for money though. The hotel was immaculately clean, the room was great-sized and the bed was large. Booked a room with absolutely breathtaking views of the beach. The service was excellent, the food was outstanding.
